Production processes are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the IFS (International Food Standard) system in a facility that guarantees hygienic production conditions, starting from the receipt of raw material, through pickling, product packaging, to storage and dispatch.

Organic food is a term reserved for food produced using organic farming methods with care to eliminate the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides. In the European Union, there is a logo (the so-called Euroleaf), which is used to mark food from organic production and by which it can be recognized in stores.
